Business Development Growth Manager
(Coffee sales experience across Hotels, Restaurants and Catering)
The role of Business Development Growth Manager is a permanent role based in the Cork region.

Areas of responsibility:
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them in our client’s brand and bespoke branding locations, understanding their needs and growing their business.
· Take a consultative approach to identifying and commercialising target accounts by growing existing Group Customers and Developing new Group business.
· To present a consistent and professional image of the brand to existing and new
accounts.
· To consistently support existing accounts ensuring quality of equipment, use of
our products and maintenance of customer
relationships.
· To report at team meetings on agreed objectives around Sales Growth, NDB, Market Insights.
· Status of new opportunities / leads in your territory via comprehensive pipeline management.
· To contribute to the Innovations process in terms of market and customer intelligence.
· Retain and communicate extensive knowledge of competitors and their activities.
· Collaborate and foster strong relationships with wider Service, Training, Marketing,
Customer Service and Accounts Teams.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in food service sales.
· Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
· Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
· A passion and enthusiasm for achieving agreed company targets.
· Proven track record in new business development with mid-sized group accounts
· Excellent Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
· Self-motivated to achieve results under own initiative.
· Ability to work as part of a team and develop valued relationships internally and
externally.
· Curious, open minded and capable of demonstrating ongoing growth mindset.
· Very strong systems ability.
