Care Manger Vacancy - Co. Galway
A fast growing homecare company in Galway require a Care Manager who would be based in their Galway office (some field duties).
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure efficient and effective management of carer on-boarding, carer rosters, carer training/development and overall carer welfare with the support of your Regional Manager and Support Office.
- Confidently deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training ensuring Carers are sufficiently prepared and trained in advance of providing care to all clients in your assigned area.
- Using One Touch Care Management software, monitor all daily activities with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and compliance at every level. Take any action required under your remit and escalate as needed.
- Using One Touch Care Management Software, communicate closely with the Support Office regarding Scheduling runs, Client Care and HSE communication.
- Take responsibility for identifying, monitoring and managing training needs within your team, by implementing a career development path in line with the HR strategy.
- Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with company and HSE Standards.
- Flexibility to take responsibility for all reasonable duties that support the provision of the highest level of care.
Looking for candidates with minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience.
