Our established Homecare Client is seeking applications for the role of Client Co Ordinator. Our client’s healthcare team is focused on assisting their clients to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
There are currently two opportunities:
- Galway
- Portlaoise
This role plays a critical part in ensuring clients receive high-quality care by coordinating services, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with clients, care teams, and healthcare professionals. They also maintain accurate records, handle inquiries and may assist with administrative tasks.
These are permanent fulltime position.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
- Previous Office Administration experience.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as part of a supportive team schedule.
- One Touch Experience (desirable)
- Familiarity with home healthcare regulations and HSE systems is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess Clients' needs, identify potential risks, and develop appropriate care plans.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
