The Opportunity
An established and rapidly growing healthcare solutions organisation is looking to appoint a Business Manager to lead their Woundcare, Orthopaedic and Compression (Lymphology) portfolio across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
This is a key leadership role within a business that partners with global medical brands, delivering products and solutions that help healthcare providers achieve the best possible clinical outcomes. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving commercial success, and leading a high-performing sales team in a company that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Take full ownership of P&L and budget performance, driving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Forecast and monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Product Specialists to deliver consistent results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Manage key national accounts, oversee tenders and bids, and explore new market opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to support your team, strengthen relationships, and stay close to market trends.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience within the MedTech or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results and leading successful sales teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.
- Commercially minded, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
- Full clean driving licence required.
