✅ Investigate & resolve user-reported issues
✅ Review & moderate content within set guidelines
✅ Respond to user inquiries with speed, empathy & accuracy
✅ Analyse data to improve user experience
✅ Identify trends & escalate issues as needed

✔️ Fluent in IRAQI Arabic & English (written & verbal)
✔️ Strong resilience & adaptability in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Analytical mindset with attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work shifts (including late nights & weekends)
✔️ Full work authorization in Ireland
