I am looking to speak to professionals with experience in Pension/Occupational Pensions who are looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to join quickly growing company.
What we expect form you:
- Responsible for assigning cases to the team on a daily basis and monitoring the volumes of queries ensuring they are dealt with within our SLA
- Monitoring of a high volume customer service mailbox to ensure a timely turnaround on customers & brokers queries within the set SLA’s.
- Processing changes of information and contributions on pension and investment policies and corporate pensions
- Responsible for authorisation of claims on Bonds, Savings Plans, Life Assurance Policies & Retirement Products
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in the world of Corporate Pensions
- Familiarity with many different pension plans and products
- A QFA certification is highly desirable but not essential
- Additional language - one (German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish) is a HUGE plus!
Location
- Hybrid model - 2 days in the office (after initial training period)
- Dublin City Centre (close to St. Stephen's Green)
Salary and Benefits
- Base salary of 40 000 - 45 000 (Depending on Experience)
