As a Banking Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support with their banking needs. Your mission:

Provide empathetic, solution-oriented service via phone and email.
Address financial challenges and offer tailored advice.
Strengthen customer relationships through outstanding service.
Accurately document interactions in the customer database.

We are looking for:

Fluent German (C1) – both spoken and written.
A natural communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Interest in financial services and banking.
Willingness to work rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, 07:30–22:00).
Comfortable using digital tools and systems.
