This is not your typical customer service role. As a key point of contact between our brand and our customers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support across multiple platforms, while also collaborating closely with internal teams such as production and shipping.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Communicate with urgency, care, and accuracy to resolve customer issues.
- Take full ownership of customer problems and ensure timely resolutions.
- Deliver clear, professional, and grammatically correct written responses.
- Help enhance the overall customer experience and encourage organic growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve queries efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
- Fluency in German and excellent written English communication skills.
- Outgoing, team-oriented personality with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret written information.
