German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

🚀 The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll become a trusted product expert, supporting German-speaking customers and helping them get real value from the platform.
You will:
- Develop deep expertise in a leading SaaS product
- Support customers via email and live chat, delivering a high-quality, empathetic experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve product, account, and workflow-related issues
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
- Guide customers on broader topics such as marketing, sales, and e-commerce setups
- Document solutions and contribute to shared knowledge bases
- Work in an AI-enabled support environment, helping to build smarter, more efficient workflows
👤 What We’re Looking For
Must-have
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (tech or SaaS experience is a strong advantage)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving
- Flexibility to work occasional shifts (8am–4pm or 10am–6pm)
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
- Full right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship available)
Nice-to-have
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or networking basics
- Experience in MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or similar
🎁 What’s On Offer
- €40,000 – €60,000 base salary, depending on experience
- 5% annual bonus + equity
