German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

We’re partnering with a high-growth international SaaS company that is launching a brand-new Customer Support team in Dublin. They’re looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support EMEA customers and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role

Become a product expert on a leading SaaS platform
Support German-speaking customers via email and live chat
Troubleshoot and resolve product, account, and workflow issues
Communicate clearly and empathetically with both technical and non-technical users
Support customers with broader questions related to marketing, sales, and e-commerce setups
Document issues and solutions to contribute to shared knowledge bases
Work in an AI-enabled environment, helping build smarter and more efficient support workflows

What we’re looking for

Must-have

Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
1+ year experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in tech or SaaS
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable working towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving
Flexible to work occasional shifts (8am–4pm or 10am–6pm)
Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
Full right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship)

Nice-to-have

Technical exposure (APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or networking basics)
Experience in MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with ticketing or support tools (e.g. Zendesk or similar)
What’s on offer
€40,000 – €60,000 base salary, depending on experience
5% annual bonus + equity
