A rapidly growing SaaS company is building a new Customer Support team in Dublin. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping EMEA customers get the most out of the platform while delivering exceptional service and clear, thoughtful communication.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong product knowledge and support customers via email and live chat
- Troubleshoot software issues and resolve escalated queries
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical users
- Provide guidance on marketing, sales, and e‑commerce setup questions
- Document solutions and contribute to improving support processes
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows and work more efficiently
What do you bring?
- Fluency in English and German
- • 1+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally involving SaaS or technical troubleshooting
- • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with KPIs
- A collaborative, proactive, and positive mindset
- Full authorisation to work in Ireland
Nice to Have
- Experience with APIs, integrations, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or networking basics
- Background in MarTech, email deliverability or e‑commerce platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or G‑Suite
Salary and Benefits
- Salary depending on experience, typically between €40,000 and €60,000

Location and Working Hours
- Dublin 2 (City Centre)
- Hybrid work model (three days a week in the office)
- Regular office working hours Monday - Friday
