We are now inviting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Deputy Person in Charge at a Residential Care Home located in Drogheda.
In this leadership role, the successful candidate will oversee a dedicated staff team and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support to separated children seeking international protection.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years’ proven management experience in a similar setting
- Strong background in leading and supervising teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with young people in care
- Solid experience in delivering care within a community setting
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills
