With over 20 years of expertise, our client specializes in managing mobile phone masts and infrastructure, assisting network operators, infrastructure providers, and other stakeholders in planning and optimizing mobile resources and networks.
Our client is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and energetic Dutch-speaking Sales Professionals to become part of their dynamic team.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone cold calls to acquire new customers and identify target audiences.
- Lead negotiation discussions over the phone.
- Document processes and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team for coordination and information exchange.
- Lead generation: Identify suitable antenna locations and potential landlords.
- Landlord communication: Manage the contract process from initial contact to signing.
- Contract negotiation: Successfully negotiate and finalize agreements.
- Data maintenance: Keep the LiveTrack database updated.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
- Passionate about learning new skills and processes.
- Sales experience preferred, but a positive attitude and negotiation skills are key.
- Independent worker and strong team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- German language skills (preferred).
- Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
Your Benefits
- Competitive Salary: €30K gross per year + OTE (On-Target Earnings) up to €40K–€45K.
