The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of advertising clients, guiding them to achieve their marketing goals and maximize results through the platform’s tools and data-driven strategies.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking advertising accounts
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Analyze campaign data and provide clear recommendations
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent performance
About You
• Fluent in German and English
• At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or account management
• Strong understanding of metrics like CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
