Digital Marketing Manager – Dutch Market
Our client, a global leader in digital advertising solutions, is expanding across Europe and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their high-performing team in Dublin. This role focuses on the Dutch-speaking market, helping advertisers achieve success through data-driven content and creative campaign strategies on one of the world’s most innovative social media platforms.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through their advertising journey—from onboarding and campaign setup to ongoing growth and performance optimisation. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams while building trusted relationships with businesses across the Netherlands and other EU markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of advertisers within the Dutch-speaking market, showing them how tailored digital advertising can boost their business performance.
- Onboard new clients, helping them define campaign goals and strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Partner with existing advertisers to develop data-driven marketing plans aligned with their objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for your client base, managing long-term relationships built on trust and success.
- Work toward defined KPIs and quarterly targets.
- Exchange insights, trends, and best practices with colleagues across the wider sales and marketing teams.
What You Bring
- Completed secondary education (Dutch HAVO/VWO or equivalent).
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing or performance-driven role (sales or account management preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into impactful strategies.
- Confident communicator who enjoys consulting and educating clients.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to stay on top of digital marketing trends.
- Proven experience meeting KPIs and working toward performance targets.
