Cpl HR recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Partner for a 4 month contract with a top end global ecommerce company based in Dublin West, with hybrid working on offer. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to management and partners on ER issues. Case management, providing best in class guidance in line with legislation and company guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:

Provide effective solutions for addressing people concerns in a timely manner, escalating for further investigation when needed
Document and record on cases
Make recommendations and advise accordingly
Prevention of further escalation through sound advice is ideal
Work in collaboration with other departments and centre of excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships, while gaining respect through advice and solutions

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3+ years HR experience, working in a ER focused role
Degree in relevant subject, ideally HR or business
Proven ability in conflict resolution is key
Hands on knowledge of local Irish employee legislation is a must
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
