Enterprise Sales Manager (French Speaking) – Payments | Germany / Luxembourg

We are partnering with a global payments leader to hire a French-speaking Enterprise Sales Manager to drive expansion into the Belgian market.
This is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on winning and growing large enterprise merchants, with full ownership of your pipeline and deals.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise merchants in Belgium
- Develop and execute your own sales strategy and pipeline
- Build strong relationships with CFOs, Heads of Payments, IT & Commercial leaders
- Identify opportunities within existing clients and expand into new markets
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations and commercial proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, GTM, partnerships) to win deals
- Stay ahead of payments trends and local market dynamics (e.g. Bancontact)
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise sales within payments / fintech
- Strong background in:
- Merchant acquiring
- Payment gateways / PSP
- Card payments / merchant services
- Track record of winning and closing complex deals
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-starter with strong pipeline ownership and hunting mentality
🌐 Requirements
- Fluent French (essential – selling into Belgium)
- Strong English (business level)
- German is a plus
- Based in Germany or Luxembourg (with access to Belgium market)
💰 Package & Benefits
- Germany: €96K – €106K base
- Luxembourg: €94K – €105K base
- Bonus: TBC
- Transition bonus available
- Germany: Company car
- Luxembourg: Car allowance
