Russian / Multilingual Graduates – Generative Data Annotator

Location: D18, Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €31,063 per annum

Are you a fluent Russian or multilingual graduate with some experience in a customer-facing role, looking to start a career working with AI?

Our client, a globally known social media platform, is hiring for a new and exciting role — Generative Data Annotator.

As an Annotator, you will play a key part in improving large language models by creating, assessing, and refining pairs of questions and answers. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with data, language, and technology.

Main Responsibilities:

Annotate English and market-language data accurately and consistently, following predefined annotation guidelines.
Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning outputs.
Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content organization.
Conduct basic research as needed to ensure accurate annotations.
Provide feedback to enhance the data annotation process and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Identify and communicate patterns or insights from annotated data.
Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret large datasets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in the market language (minimum C1 level).
High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
Interest in technology, data, and AI-driven innovation.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be fully confident and comfortable dealing with sensitive content.
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G valid for at least 12 months or renewable).
