Candidate Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration (or eligibility)
- Minimum 12 months post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting
- Experience in one of the listed specialities is highly desirable
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care
- Leadership experience or interest (for Clinical Nurse Manager roles)
