Field Marketing Manager – 12 Month Contract
We are working with a global technology organisation to recruit an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive SMB marketing strategies across EMEA on a 12-month contract.
This is a 12-month contract with hybrid working based in South Dublin.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on demand generation, brand awareness and pipeline growth within the small and medium business segment. You will lead regional marketing programmes, collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance and ROI.
Day to Day:
• Plan and deliver multi-channel field marketing campaigns across EMEA
• Drive demand generation and pipeline growth within the SMB segment
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activity with revenue goals
• Manage regional campaign execution including digital, email, social and events
• Own budget planning, tracking and ROI optimisation
• Use performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and lead flow
• Deliver innovative go-to-market ideas to support customer acquisition
Requirements:
• 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing or field marketing roles
• Strong background in demand generation and campaign strategy
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social and events
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and project management capability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage
