Financial Accountant - Contract

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT – CONTRACT

My client, a private Irish Med-Tech company, seeks to hire a Financial Accountant on a contractual basis. This role will be covering a maternity period. You will be a fully qualified accountant with 2 -years PQE and will report to the Finance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Assist with month end accounts to ensure on time closure

·        Maintain Balance Sheet accounts, inter-company reconciliations, fixed asset reconciliations, accrual listings, prepayment listings

·        Prepare audit schedules and roll forward of audit files

·        Monthly/Weekly accounting duties, including management of all financial duties of French legal entity

·        Adhoc reporting as required

REQUIREMENTS

·        Qualified accountant with 3+ years (PQE). Previous FMCG industry experience is desirable not but essential.

·        Experience in accounts preparation, analysis, and reconciliation

·        Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail
