I am working with a leading and global technology company as they are hiring for a financial analyst. This position is for an initial 6-month contract and offers a competitive salary and fully remote working.
Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot procure to pay issues.
· Prepare purchase requisitions for Facilities OPEX & CAPEX.
· Maintain CAPEX Master Cashflow, Operational Capex and OPEX Tracker
· Prepare Templates for budget and quarterly forecasts upload onto Client’s Financial System.
· Support during annual budget and quarterly forecasts preparation.
· Prepare monthly accruals for OPEX and CAPEX.
· Review Monthly Actuals and prepare uploads to Dashboard
Requirements/Qualifications:
· 2+ years experience in accounts payable or general ledger in a multinational company
· Experience with Oracle / Oracle Fusion/ SAP is essential
· Experience with Tableau reporting
· Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, proactive, organized, and structured
· Excel and google docs
· Located in Ireland and have a European passport/valid working visa
