My client a pillar Irish bank currently has a vacancy on their Financial Control team to help with a procurement system upgrade.
This is initially an 8 month contract – hybrid working -Dublin 4.
Day to day task will include:
· Work across Finance and Procurement to ensure effective collaboration and communication in the design and delivery of new Group Procurement system
· Analyse and interpret Finance design proposals to assess accuracy and consistency
· Ensure all testing deliverables are met on a timely
· Ensure data issues are reported via the standard JIRA process, monitor data remediation, check results and propose adoption of remediated data project
· Collaborate with Finance teams and project teams to ensure no misalignment
· Analyse the data to ensure all Procurement spend has been considered and incorporated within the design solution, and results in accurate Financial and Management
The ideal candidate will have:
· You have experience of Procurement Operations /Finance and have working knowledge of Coupa/other Procurement systems
· Strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence and work collaboratively is crucial for this role
