Ideally have some form of management training & MSIC card. Training would be provided for the right candidate.
Experience in housing & apartments using traditional build/steel timber & RC frame. (5+ yrs.).
Projects will range from €15-25m.
Is proficient in the use of laptops for issuing reports & minutes of meetings as well as doing up mini-programs for sub-contractors.
Team player that can work in unison with Senior Management/Client/suppliers & sub-contractors.
€55-65k per annum with company vehicle/fuel card/pension/performance bonus & open to progression.
