Flexsource are currently recruiting a Number of Full time permanent Food & Beverage assistants in the Mayo Area.
This role contributes directly to the guest experience by providing attentive, efficient, and professional service in alignment with the hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service across all guest touchpoints.
Present menus, answer questions, and guide guests through offerings with confidence and clarity.
Support proactive guest engagement, anticipating needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Address guest requests promptly, escalating to supervisors when required.
Assist with table setup, service flow, and clearing in alignment with service standards.
Support the delivery of food and beverages, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and presentation consistency.
Maintain the dining area’s cleanliness, ambience, and readiness throughout service periods.
Assist in restocking service stations, linens, and operational supplies.
Assist with reservation flow, seating coordination, and communication with the front desk as needed.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with a positive, guest-focused mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining service standards.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the food and beverage team
