• Providing constructive feedback to optimize language models
• Developing and refining annotation guidelines to keep things sharp
📌 You Need:
• Fluency in English & Russian (C1 Level)
• Undergraduate Degree (Level 7+)
• Eligibility to work Full Time in Ireland (Stamp 1G, Stamp 4 or EU Citizenship) - MANDATORY
• Solid understanding of social norms and cultural dynamics
• Experience in data analysis and identifying trends
• Ability to deliver high-quality responses at a university level
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong independent and team collaboration skills, with a focus on performance and results
