Your Contribution
As a Generative AI Annotator, you will play a thoughtful and impactful role. With attention to nuance and context, you will help ensure that AI systems reflect not just accuracy, but also the tone, respect, and subtlety that are so important in Persian communication.
In this role, you will:
- Create and evaluate prompts in both English and Persian (Farsi / Dari), reflecting real-life usage and lived experiences
- Assess AI-generated responses with care for clarity, tone, and cultural appropriateness—recognizing that how something is said can be just as important as what is said
- Draw on your understanding of traditions, social norms, and contemporary life across Persian-speaking communities
- Conduct careful research and fact-checking on cultural, social, and current affairs topics
- Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Identify patterns, recurring challenges, and opportunities to refine quality
- Contribute to building best practices grounded in both technical excellence and cultural awareness
About You
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are highly proficient Persian speakers (Farsi or Dari, C2 level), with a strong and personal connection to the language
- Have strong English proficiency (C1 CEFR or higher)
- Hold a Level 7 qualification (undergraduate degree or equivalent)
- Bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Communicate with clarity, care, and respect in writing
- Understand both traditional values and modern perspectives within Persian-speaking communities
- Appreciate nuance, context, and the importance of “reading between the lines”
- Are adaptable, thoughtful, and comfortable working in an international environment
