How You’ll Make a Difference
- Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from our platform.
- Collaborate with experienced SMB Account Executives to create and execute prospecting strategies that generate quality opportunities.
- Develop, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
- Contribute insights, learnings, and best practices to strengthen the Outbound process.
- Uphold our core values of accountability, effort, and collaboration in everything you do.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of experience in sales, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within SaaS or Marketing Technology.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken), with strong English communication skills.
- Highly motivated by targets and driven to exceed goals.
- Energetic, self-aware, and proactive with a genuine passion for growth.
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
What they Offer
OTE: €67,000 (€43,550 base + bonus and benefits).
