Graduate Environmental Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Drogheda, requires a Graduate Environmental Engineer to join their 3 year development programme.

The successful candidate will have minimum 2.1 honours degree in Environmental Engineering OR Environmental Science.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be a distinct advantage

Role

• Assist senior engineers & managers with production projects or process improvements

• Will provide technical assistance primarily for both production and maintenance departments.

• Environmental engineering and performance monitoring

• Liaising with external stakeholders including EPA, neighbours, accreditation bodies

• IE licence application, compliance and correspondence

• Green house gas reporting (GHG) and monitoring under EU ETS

• ISO 14001 , ISO 50001, BES 6001 compliance and internal auditing

• Assist in the preparation & maintenance of documented manuals/processes

Requirements

Degree in Environmental Engineering

Excellent communication and relationship building skills
