Cpl Healthcare are actively seeking qualified Head of Services for residential services based in Naas, Kildare.
We are seeking enthusiastic professionals to support adults in intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community.

This is a fulltime salaried position which will average around 40 hours per week and this role is a hybrid role based in the Head office in Naas, Kildare with some travel to other locations as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Hold a Master’s relevant to this role – i.e. Social Work, Social Care Management, or other relevant discipline
- Post graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management post or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Head of Service or equivalent role
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the disability sector
- Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and all legislative compliance requirements
- Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health
- Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety
- Knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Reporting
- Candidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
