Your area of responsibility as a Head of Viral Vector Development, will be…
Project management expansion of GMP production plant for viral vectors (process and plant planning, equipment acquisition, qualification work, support with contacts with authorities and audits)
Supervision of development work, scale-up and production runs for viral vectors
Creation and review of internal and external project reports / status reports
Resource, time and slot planning for customer projects, processing of customer inquiries
your profile
University degree / engineering degree in biotechnology, bioprocess engineering or comparable training, possibly with job-relevant specialization / doctorate
Professional experience in the regulated, (bio) pharmaceutical environment (ATMP / GMP / manufacture of sterile drugs)
Knowledge of up- and downstream processing, analytics, fill & finish, ideally in the area of viral vectors
Knowledge in the field of cell and gene therapy
Pragmatic, constructive and independent way of working
Strong organizational and communication skills with demonstrable skills in interdisciplinary project management
