What is the Job
As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and flagging content on the platform of a big tech company.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues via ticketing system.
- Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
- Review content online, sensitive/graphic nature.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work
- Good knowledge of internet and associated technologies
