Seeking a HR Coordinator to join a Multinational Tech Organisation for a 6-month contract position based in North Dublin (Hybrid working). As part of a dynamic team, you will provide a full range of HR support.
Responsibilities:
•Make sure candidates have a full understanding of the onboarding process
• Ensure candidate communication and employment related documentation are in line with defined service level agreement
•Responsible for administering background checks
•Ensure candidates are prepared for their first day with all of the necessary information
Requirements:
• 1/2+ years HR experience
• High degree of organisation and coordination
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Degree or certificate in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
• Previous experience with MS Office, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel
