Cpl are currently looking for a HR Generalist for an 11-month contract to join a Multinational organisation in Dublin City. The successful candidate will provide HR operational support across the business, working in a busy team and high-volume environment.
Responsibilities Required:
- Acts as the first point of contact for all HR queries
- Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of onboarding, payroll interaction, employee data management, or any other HR related duties
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Management of employee documentation both digitally and manually
- Handle a wide variety of HR related transactions across multiple channels
- Support with any HR operational projects
Experience Required:
- 1years+ professional HR experience, or 1yr+ operating in a shared services centre
- Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree)
- Experience in Workday is desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills
