Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist for an initial 9-month contract with a Multination Organisation in South Dublin (Hybrid working)
Responsibilities:
· Act as the liaison between the Leave of Absence vendor and employees
· Apply understanding of Leave of Absence, policies and practices, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, and clarification for employees
· Leverage Concierge knowledge to identify trends and recommend solutions for Leave of Absence
· Track, report and analyse case trends
· Manage or participate on special projects/programs requiring Leave of Absence stakeholder input
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in a HR role
· Strong attention to detail & excellent Customer Service skills
