Cpl Recruitment are looking for a HR Manager to join a Healthcare Organisation on a permanent basis who are based in Kilkenny. The successful candidate must have 5 years HR Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Manage the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and offboarding
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
· Maintain pay plan and benefits program
· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings
· Maintain HR systems and records with confidentiality and accuracy
· Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
· Lead or support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
· 5+ years of proven experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
· Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
