Cpl HR recruitment are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple sites, supporting leaders to drive strong people, culture, and performance outcomes. This role will suit a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, values‑led environment, has a full clean driving license and can accommodate a fully onsite position.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver HR strategy and support workforce planning.
- Lead recruitment and monitor hiring metrics.
- Ensure effective onboarding, induction, and training compliance.
- Manage complex employee relations issues
- Carry out HR audits and ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Support performance management, talent development, and engagement.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to HR projects.
Skills and experience required:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ HR generalist experience, ideally multi‑site (healthcare, hospitality, retail or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law; union/WRC experience an advantage.
- Skilled across recruitment, ER, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Change management or TUPE experience desirable.
- Strong analytical, advisory, and problem‑solving skills.
- Hands‑on, organised, and solutions‑focused.
- Full clean driving licence required.
