This is a fantastic opportunity to work on various projects centred around people development, L&D and Health & Wellbeing. With approx. 50 employees in HQ and another 100 working off-site, this opportunity will allow for both operational and strategic HR projects in a highly ambitious and vibrant company.
Role Details:
- Location: Dungarvan

The key responsibilities of the HRBP:
- Lead on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition projects and oversee the training, development and succession plans of employees
- Implement and maintain HR processes and develop HR strategies, policies and practices
- Manage staff wellness initiatives and evaluate staffing needs
- Structuring of compensation and benefit packages
- Partner with Senior Management to ensure performance management
The successful candidate:
- Relevant HR or Business Degree. CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of building relationships across the business
- You will have previous experience in both an operational and strategic HR role
- Excellent organisational skills, along with attention to detail
- It is not a necessity for the role, but interest in either sports and/or the Irish language would be an added bonus!
- Ideally you will have experience working either in a stand along role or SME type business
