Role and responsibilities will include:
- Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and retention.
- Partner with leadership to shape culture and drive engagement.
- Lead training programmes and manage HR systems and policies.
- Support workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance.
Ideal Profile:
- 5+ years in HR
- Comfortable in a stand-alone role
- Strong communicator, highly organised, and solutions-focused.
- Must have hands on working Irish employment law experience.
