Our Multinational Technology client has an exciting requirement for a HR Operations Specialist/People Operations Generalist for a 6 month contract, based in the city centre, with hybrid working on offer. The successful candidate will be provide HR support, focused on onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle operations for EMEA and APAC, utilising Workday HR System.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Draft salary certs as requested by employees in EMEA and APAC.
· Update contracts for new hires, changes and extensions
· Maintain employee database
· Prepare a monthly spreadsheet for payroll processing, reflective of any updates or changes
· Timely response to queries submitted to our ticketing system within expected SLAs.
· Support continuous improvement of functionality of Workday HRIS
· Support probation reviews and performance management processes
· Onboard new hires to HRIS and manage offboarding forms and process
· Facilitate new hire induction
· Reference and background check completion and employment verifications
· Stakeholder management
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 3+ years’ experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role, with case or ticket management experience.
· Strong working knowledge of Workday
· Experience supporting multi-country employee populations, in EMEA and APAC.
· Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
