Our services client in Dublin West has an exciting requirement for a HRBP for an 18 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full HR support across the Ireland and Northern Ireland
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Coach and advise the business on any employee relations, performance management and employment law related issues
· Key support on ER matters -
· Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
· Promote engagement and retention strategies
· Close work with L&D specialists, for design and delivery of required trainings
· Ensure compliance with employment legislation
· HR analysis and reporting ,as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
· 2+ years’ experience in a senior HR or Business Partner role
· Proficient MS Office skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
