Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced HRIS Analysts for 12-month maternity cover contract. This role offers flexibility and the chance to lead HR system optimisation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance HRIS functionality (BambooHR).
- Roll out new features and self-service tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance through regular audits.
- Deliver HR reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Support employee lifecycle updates and provide system training.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years’ HRIS or HR analytics experience.
- Strong technical and reporting skills (Power BI, Advanced Excel).
- Familiarity with BambooHR or similar systems.
- Experience with Gender Pay Gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency compliance.
