What is the job?
- Qualifying leads and referrals.
- Cold Calling
- Maintain relationships with company clients through phone, email etc.
- Achieve productivity and ensure key performance indicators (KPI'S) are met.
- Updating CRM with all information received from Customers.
Skillset Required ??
- Relevant experience is desirable in either inside sales role or telesales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and a desire to develop in the role by engaging in training and accepting feedback and supervision from management.
- Confident, self-motivated, competitive and assertive.
Salary??
- Basic Pay of between €29K
- Additional commission of €10/11K
