Role Summary

We’re looking for two IT Help Desk Support Specialists to provide frontline technical support for hardware and software issues, manage support requests through a ticketing system, and deliver excellent customer service to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve support requests via ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals) and software issues.
• Log, update, and close support tickets accurately.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users.
• Escalate complex issues when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an IT Help Desk or technical support role.
• Comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software.
• Experience using a ticketing system.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
