I.T. Helpdesk Analyst – Dublin (Hybrid) – 1 Year FTC (Junior Role)
A well-established Dublin-based organisation is seeking a Junior I.T. Helpdesk Analyst to join its Enterprise Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is suited to someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on experience in a Microsoft-based corporate environment.
About the Role
You will provide first and second line support to internal users while assisting in maintaining core IT systems across on-prem and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone, email, and desk-side support to internal users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues
- Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
- Support Active Directory and Azure AD user administration, including access and group management
- Assist with device builds, Windows deployment, and Intune/Autopilot enrolment
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
