IT Operations Engineer – Level 2–3

We’re looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join us in Dublin on a temporary basis from November 2025 to April 2026.
This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday). You'll handle a wide range of responsibilities—from laptop provisioning and SaaS administration to office AV troubleshooting and support. You’ll be part of a small, highly collaborative team that values initiative, clear communication, and excellent customer service.
What you’ll do as an IT Operations Engineer:
● Provide timely, high-quality IT support to in-office and remotely across time zones
● Handle onboarding and offboarding logistics, including account provisioning and hardware management
● Own the setup, maintenance, and reliability of in-office technology (AV, networking, etc.) in our flagship office
● Administer SaaS tools such as Google Workspace and Okta
● Help manage macOS devices via Jamf and assist with security/compliance configurations
● Document workflows and improve IT processes for scale
● Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent support issues
● Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for internal processes, tools, and workflows
How to be successful in this role:
● Communicate clearly and confidently, translating technical issues into approachable language
● Provide timely, thoughtful support with a strong focus on the end-user experience
● Bring hands-on experience with SaaS tools like Google Workspace, and know how to scale them effectively
● Understand identity and access management best practices, ideally with experience using Okta
● Comfortable supporting macOS environments and managing a distributed device fleet (bonus points for Jamf experience)
● Collaborate effectively across teams, building strong relationships with partners in
People, Security, Workplace, and other key teams
● Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
● Take initiative and operate effectively with minimal oversight
● Ability to work in our Dublin 2, Ireland office in a hybrid setting (3 days a week, Tues-Thurs)
