Our clients Digital Platforms Technology team designs, develops, implements, and supports a suite of Digital applications. This is a fast-paced technology group that adopts modern technologies to build powerful tools and deliver an outstanding end user experience. As an IT Program Manager, you will oversee multiple interrelated projects, aligning them with business goals, and ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.

• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability leading a range of complex technology programs
• Proven experience driving change through cross functional development teams
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with a growth mindset and an ability to collaborate effectively with key business and technology partners across the company
• Experience working in an Agile software development framework
