What you’ll be doing:
· Engaging with warm leads, building relationships, and helping customers through their buying journey.
· Creating short, personalised video tours to showcase vehicles in a fun and engaging way.
· Booking and managing customer appointments for consultations and test drives.
· Assisting with vehicle appraisals and part-exchange assessments.
· Working closely with an experienced sales team, ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class experience.
Training & Development
This is a structured 1-year training programme designed to set you up for success, including:
· Phone & email training with the Customer Hub team.
· Hands-on sales training at the dealership.
· Continuous support, feedback sessions, and role-specific courses to keep you growing.
