The Legal Contracts Analyst is an internal member of the Core Contracting Group (“CCG”) of the Legal Department who will work with other members of the department, other departments within the client's organisation and with the client's customers and vendors to coordinate contract management. The Legal Contracts Analyst will be highly organized, solutions-and customer service-oriented, pragmatic and proactive in his/her approach to contracting.
Essential Functions
• Supporting Legal colleagues with their projects and activities to contribute to a collegial atmosphere and to balance workloads, including arranging execution and filing of documentation.
• Maintaining and, where appropriate, updating the contract administration process
• Fielding questions and resolving issues related to day-to-day contract administration and associated issues
• Drafting, reviewing and, as requested, negotiating a variety of standard contracts
• Developing strong and transparent relationships with internal customers
• Assisting CCG with the development and provision of relevant in-house training
• Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks/projects as required
