Job Discription;
Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role, to help and manage the coordination of customs clearance process for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based Dublin.
Key Responsibilities;
- Business Support and uploading relevant information and data to systems
- Maintain accurate information that is being sent to Customs
- Being up to date and aware of current shipping/customs policies in place
- Work as part of a team and working on own initiative
- Ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements;
- A minimum 6 months Transport/Freight/Driver Dealing experience
- Good customer interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role
- Experience of using various Web systems & Microsoft Office Packages
Hours;
12 hours shifts 08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00
2 week shift cycle:
- Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2 – Wednesday & Thursday
Pay;
- €32k-€33k per year
